Commencing his career in accounting, Michael moved into the property industry in 1980 coinciding with the significant market collapse and subsequent downturn in the property market. During this time he developed specialist expertise in mortgage origination and mortgage management assisting many clients with their refinancing needs.
This experience impressed upon Michael the importance of managing risk which continues to be a focus for him today and a key factor in the company's success.
Corporate responsibility is personally important to Michael who actively supports associations and charity organisations that reflect the company's values.
Michael is one of the founding directors of Australian Mortgage Administration Limited which currently has more than $8 billion of mortgages under management.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of NSW and is President of the Board of KTC, a private school in Sydney's eastern suburbs. |
