While markets never cease changing, the same principles still guide Ashe Morgan Winthrop as when it was founded in 1981 by its Executive Chairman, Michael Moss. Those early years – which saw a period of property market recovery in an aftermath of the share market collapse in 1980 – established risk management as a continuing focus for the company.
The creation of a solid framework of corporate governance and the implementation of a risk management culture at Ashe Morgan Winthrop is one of the key responsibilities of the Board. The Board regularly reviews its corporate governance practices.
