Domenic joined AMW in October 2005 and is the Head of Funds Management. Domenic has responsibility for all AMFM transactions in terms of structuring, credit reviews, work outs, capital raisings, pricing and overall responsibility for the Funds Management Business. Domenic has over 10 years experience in various property finance and property funds management positions.

Domenic has procured, structured and executed various property transactions across the capital spectrum, from bank debt and the debt capital markets. Transactions include traditional senior bank debt, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint ventures, corporate ratings advisory and securitisations; including various CMBS and presales securitisations, for a broad range of clients across all property asset classes.

Domenic was previously employed by Gresham Investments House and was responsible for originating, investing and managing transactions for various property mezzanine debt funds.

Prior to Gresham, Domenic was employed by ANZ Property Finance and had a number of roles from Relationship Management to assisting to establish and executing a number of transaction for ANZ’s Structured Property Finance Team.

Domenic has a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of NSW, Graduate Diploma (Applied Finance) from the Securities Institute of Australia and a Master of Applied Finance from Macquarie University.
