Hans Borgelt joined Ashe Morgan Winthrop in 2006 and is responsible for all financial matters for the company including cashflow, profitability, forecasts and budgeting. He also serves as company secretary.

Hans has over 13 years experience in the finance function, including financial and product control, various project based systems implementations, as well as structured transactions exposure where he was responsible for large and complex debt finance structures taking advantage of arbitrage opportunities.

Hans also brings extensive international experience to the company, having worked in various positions in an array of investment banks such as Barclays Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston and the Royal Bank of Scotland whilst based in London over a period of six years.

Hans holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of South Africa. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
