Justin RichmondJustin Richmond is responsible for the overall management and operating performance of Ashe Morgan Winthrop and the strategy and business planning across each of its business units. The following key business functions report to him: Strategy, Human Resources, Information Technology, Risk and Compliance, and Support Services. He has joint responsibility with the Chief Executive Officer for the Finance and Marketing functions, and Mergers and Acquisitions business unit reports to him. He also provides key support to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board in the specific areas of investments, funding and strategy.


Justin joined Ashe Morgan Winthrop in 2007 and has more than 14 years experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity raising, debt finance - senior and junior debt - and financial engineering, including national and cross border transactions. Career highlights include IPOs, jumbo equity raisings, junior and public debt issuance, and listed entity M&A.

He was most recently Director of ANZ's institutional property group where he was responsible for advising on some of Australia's largest and most complex investment banking transactions.

Justin also brings extensive international experience to the company, having worked in various positions for both Citigroup and BT Wolfensohn in New York. Additionally he was a Senior Lawyer at Blake Dawson Waldron.

Justin received his Masters in Business Administration (Dean's Honour List) from JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Chicago and also holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales, Sydney. Justin is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nomads World Hotels Pty Ltd, the second largest manager and owner of backpacker businesses in Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.
