Michael Hynes joined AMP in 2004 and since that time has become an integral leader of the AMW property team.
Michael’s expertise and key strengths lie in project finance, delivery, leasing, project marketing, sales and joint venture relationship management.
Michael is currently responsible for the delivery of the $65 million Hurstville Central retail development, $25 million Goulburn retail development, $60 million Sydney Olympic Park commercial development and Laverton North industrial subdivision.
Prior to joining AMP, Michael was responsible for structuring senior and mezzanine finance as part of Ashe Morgan’s Property Finance group.
Michael commenced his extensive career in the property industry in 1996 as an agent with Savills, working in the areas of CBD and CBD Fringe sales across the spectrum of commercial office, strata office, retail and residential site markets.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics), is a registered valuer and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
