As part of the Ashe Morgan group, the division has the financial capability to undertake property projects and transactions across a wide value range. Projects within its area of interest may be valued anywhere from $5 million to $500 million in developments, land use rezoning, refurbishments and the repositioning of assets.

The capital resources of the Property division come from the Ashe Morgan balance sheet; from the group’s extensive portfolio of funds under management; and from its access to a wide range of specialist external funding sources.
